This section of the website is intended to provide you with printable patient

All the patient info handouts are Adobe PDF files and require an Adobe
Acrobat Reader
If you do not have a copy, you can obtain a free copy of the Reader
from the Adobe site.

select a topic below.
To save a copy of the handouts, select Save As from the File
menu after the document opens.
To print a copy of a PDF handouts, select Print from the File
