Your First Visit

To make the most of your first appointment with Dr Crawford you will need:

  • A referral letter from your GP or another doctor
  • Medicare and Insurance details
  • Copies of the results of any test that may be relevant
  • If you have had blood tests, then bring the results
  • If you have had scans, particularly for suspected tumours then you should bring the actual films, or a CD with the images, as well as the report
  • We encourage you to bring a support person if you would like, particularly if your English is not strong
  • Dr Crawford sees patients at the RPA Medical Centre in Newtown and The Mater Medical Centre in North Sydney
    • make sure you know which office you will be going to and how to get there
